Returns Policy Country Casuals accepts returns and exchanges made within 30 days of the delivered date. Orders placed from November, 1st through December will be eligible for an extended holiday return window that will last until January, 31st. of the new year. All returns must be approved by the customer service department. To request a refund or exchange, please fill out our returns form. The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees associated with the returned merchandise, but Country Casuals will cover the costs to resend the exchanged items back to the customer. When sending back products, please include a copy of your invoice along with the merchandise to help us more easily identify the order. Refunds will only be made once the customer service department has received the returned items.
